Does UPS Deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

Quick Answer
Yes, UPS delivers on Saturdays, including UPS Ground in eligible areas. It does not offer regular Sunday delivery.
Does UPS Ground Deliver on Saturday?
Yes. For most people reading this guide, this is all you need to know: UPS Ground delivers to homes on Saturdays in eligible areas, with no extra Saturday delivery fee.
If you're a business owner expecting a package, it can work a little differently. Saturday deliveries to business addresses may carry an additional delivery fee.

What About Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air?
Yes, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air offer Saturday delivery in eligible areas. When you select the Saturday delivery option, UPS adds an extra delivery charge. Check the Saturday arrival date and total price shown when choosing your service.

Does UPS Deliver on Sunday?
Unfortunately, UPS does not offer Sunday delivery for its standard U.S. parcel services.
If you drop off your package before the location's Saturday air-shipping cutoff, UPS Next Day Air can arrive Monday, and UPS 2nd Day Air can arrive Tuesday. Our Saturday drop-off quote showed those dates for Next Day Air Early and 2nd Day Air. Check the arrival date quoted for your shipment, especially around holidays.
Saturday Delivery Hours and Holidays
UPS Ground deliveries can arrive in the evening. Air services may have an earlier delivery time, such as the 9 a.m. Next Day Air Early option shown below.

Holiday weekends can change delivery dates. Check the UPS holiday schedule if you're expecting a package around a holiday. Ground Saver shipments can also take longer when USPS is closed.
Will Your Package Arrive This Saturday?
Check the scheduled delivery date in UPS tracking. If it says Monday, don't count on Saturday delivery just because the package is nearby.

“Out for Delivery” means UPS has sent your package out with a driver. “Label Created” means the sender has prepared a label. It doesn't confirm that UPS has received the package yet.
If your package has been handed to USPS, follow its tracking updates for the expected arrival date. Our USPS tracking tool can help once you have a USPS tracking number. If it's overdue and tracking doesn't explain why, contact UPS.
