When do you charge my card?
We charge your card immediately after you submit your order and we process your document. You have 1 hour to cancel for a full refund before printing begins.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds are available within 1 hour of submission, before printing begins. After printing starts, we cannot offer refunds as the mail has entered the USPS system.
