Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using theletterpilot.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

The Letter Pilot provides document printing and mailing services. Users upload documents, configure print options, and submit payments. We handle the printing and delivery based on the selected options.

User Obligations

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded content.
  • You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.
  • You must provide correct recipient information to ensure proper delivery.

Payments and Billing

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Pricing is clearly shown at checkout before you submit an order. Refunds, cancellations, and reprints are governed by our Refunds & Reprints policy. Because orders enter automated processing quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is submitted. If we make a service error, we will reprint or refund according to that policy.

Privacy and Consent to Data Collection

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which discloses how we, our vendors, and our service providers collect and use data when you use the website and services. Where consent is required by law or by a platform partner, we or our service providers may ask for that consent through privacy controls on the site. You can revoke consent where available by following the opt-out instructions in the Privacy Policy or using privacy controls provided on the site.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Letter Pilot, our vendors, and our service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your access to or use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim or $100.

Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to The Letter Pilot. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

Unless otherwise credited, original photographs on this website were created by Chris Curzon for The Letter Pilot. Photographs may be cropped, brightened, redacted, or otherwise adjusted for clarity and privacy. Third-party photographs and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective ownership, attribution, and license terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the latest version.
